1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions apply to contracts between Second Ride GmbH and consumers through the online shop at www.second-ride.de.

Product listings in the online shop do not constitute a legally binding offer. By clicking the order button, the customer submits a binding order.

Second Ride confirms receipt of the order by email. The contract is concluded when Second Ride accepts the order by order confirmation or dispatch.

All prices include statutory VAT. Shipping costs are shown during checkout before the order is placed.

Payment is made using the methods offered during checkout.

Delivery is made within the countries shown during checkout. Delivery times are displayed on product pages and during checkout.

Goods remain the property of Second Ride GmbH until full payment has been received.

Statutory warranty rights apply.

Consumers have a statutory cancellation right. Details are provided in the Cancellation Policy.

The European Commission provides an online dispute resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr

We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
